ベトナム・ビンズン新都市の中心に、未来を見据えた建築が立ち上がっています。べカメックス東急 / TOKYU Garden City(https://tokyugardencity.com/ja/)が手がけるベトナム・ビンズン省での街づくりの中核施設「HIKARI」と、“Farm to Table”の考えで世界にファンを広げるPizza 4P’s。その設計を担ったのは、日本の建築家・丹羽隆志さん（https://takashiniwa.com/）。自然光を巧みに取り込み、人の流れや街の息遣いまでをデザインに織り込む彼の建築は、ベトナムの熱気と調和しながら、訪れる人々をやさしく包み込みます。今回、弊社はこの2つの施設をFPVドローンでシームレスに撮影しました。FPVならではの滑らかな飛行は、外から中へ、さらには建物の奥行きや屋外広場へと、空間を一筆書きのように描き出します。まるで建築そのものが呼吸しているかのように、光と影、素材の質感、人々の動きが連続して映し出されます。撮影当日は、ベトナム特有の強い日差しと、夕方にかけての黄金色の光が建物の表情を変えていきました。HIKARIの中では、魚と植物が共生するアクアポニックスシステムが稼働し、都市の真ん中で持続可能な食の循環が息づいています。外周を覆う植栽は、ちょうど成長期を迎え、壁面を緑のカーテンのように包み込み、強い陽射しをやわらげながら、建物と街を自然に溶け合わせていました。ガラス越しに差し込む陽光、通り抜ける風、開放的なピロティでくつろぐ人々──そうした瞬間をFPVドローンで切り取ることで、建築のコンセプトが映像の中で生き生きと立ち上がります。この映像は、現地プロモーションや都市開発の発信に活用されています。建築と都市、そして人々の営みをつなぐ“動く視点”としてのFPV撮影。その可能性を、ベトナムの地であらためて実感したプロジェクトでした。マイクロドローン映像（公式）%3Ciframe%20width%3D%221280%22%20height%3D%22720%22%20src%3D%22https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fembed%2Fju6AqULXoAM%22%20frameborder%3D%220%22%20allow%3D%22accelerometer%3B%20autoplay%3B%20encrypted-media%3B%20gyroscope%3B%20picture-in-picture%22%20allowfullscreen%3E%3C%2Fiframe%3ETOKYU Garden City’s HIKARI—a central hub of urban development in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam—and Pizza 4P’s, a beloved restaurant brand known worldwide for its “Farm to Table” philosophy, share one visionary designer: Japanese architect Takashi Niwa. His architecture skillfully embraces natural light, weaving the flow of people and the pulse of the city into spaces that harmonize with Vietnam’s vibrant climate, gently welcoming all who enter.For this project, we filmed both facilities seamlessly with an FPV drone. The fluid motion unique to FPV allows the camera to glide from exterior to interior, revealing depth, courtyards, and open plazas in a single continuous stroke. Light and shadow, the textures of materials, and the movement of people unfold in one unbroken flow, as if the architecture itself were breathing.On the day of filming, Vietnam’s intense midday sunlight gradually gave way to a golden evening glow, transforming the buildings’ expressions. Inside HIKARI, an aquaponics system—where fish and plants coexist—sustains a cycle of food production in the heart of the city. Around the exterior, lush greenery was in its peak growth, wrapping the façade like a living curtain, softening the harsh sun and blending the building naturally into its urban surroundings.Through the FPV drone, we captured moments of sunlight streaming through glass, breezes drifting across open walkways, and people relaxing under the airy piloti. In these scenes, the architectural concept comes vividly to life on screen.This footage is now being used for local promotion and urban development communications.It was a project that reaffirmed the potential of FPV filming as a “moving perspective” that connects architecture, the city, and the everyday lives of its people—brought to life here in Vietnam.
